Every spring our mail boxes and internet post are filled with advertisements for Foundation Repair.
Each year brings new self proclaimed foundation repair experts.
These self proclaimed experts usually are made up of existing companies adding to their lists of sseevice (and we wish them the best of luck) claim they can do it better. We saw one advert recently that listed their service that included the following:
Landscape,
Interlock,
Trash removal,
Driveway paving,
Tree trimming.
The list goes on and on. This is not a one off. There are numerous companies adding foundation repair, foundation waterproofing etc to their list of services.
This is of great concern to us at Braden Foundation.
Ask yourself this question. How can a company or the perverbial "this guy my friend knows" be an expert in foundations and offer all these other services?
I'm just scratching the surface with this question.
If they are such experts, why are they offering other services? I can unequivocally state that if you're an expert or a foundation professional, you don't have any time to focus on any other services.
The foundation industry is extreamly complex and dangerous on many levels.
Yet, unfortunately the public falls victim to these companies far too often.
